Talking about nutrition.

 

Everyone asks me as a coach, "what should I eat before a race/regatta/triathlon?"  I tell them about rule #6 from my list of rules;  Don't eat anything you don't want to throw up.

 

But there are a lot of meals before you even get to race-day.  Lets hope some of this helps.

My son, Chris, is a beige food eater- frozen waffles, fast food, and unfortunately, Hot Pockets, which are in my opinion, not even food.  So Ive been endeavoring to get him to eat more colors- put a little more color on your plate, I tell him.  The girls dont seem to have this problem, but here is another color-related problem right here, and ive always wondered.
